The new building ensemble consists of four cubic structures that are playfully placed in the space between the heterogeneous buildings in the surrounding area and are moved as close to each other as possible. Three of them have partially merged with each other and one is slightly set back.
Despite the high density of urban development, the four compact buildings have created exciting and easily usable open spaces with different qualities: an entrance square, three garden courtyards and a playground. These spaces allow the sun to penetrate deep into the interior of the buildings, creating a variety of views.
A colonnade raised from the site connects the three buildings with each other and creates a meeting point for the residents. In the basement there is an underground car park with parking spaces and parking boxes for cyclists, which connects all buildings and staircases.
